The eye drops are stored frozen until use and can be thawed one bottle at a time when ready for use. Once defrosted, a bottle is only usable for seven days and must be kept refrigerated at all times.

The dosage must be three times per day. Any less will not be a viable treatment.

Results are usually seen within 2-4 weeks, depending on the size of the cataract.

A treatment time of 1-2 months is recommended.
